Ordered a MMX 164b on 12th of July and after 24 days the production was done.
Kept in touch with Mary from HiLoveDoll on Discord, found about them on the MMX discord channel and everything went really smooth! From ordering to receiving the doll I received constant support news about my order. I was updated at least once a week about the production process. Every question I had was answered with great interest and I really appreciated their effort in keeping a transparent communication all the way. After receiving the doll, one of the extra eyes had a small production problem and after writing about it, in 2 days the factory already created a new pair of eyes for me as replacements. Totally recommend this vendor if you want a new high-end doll at your door. The support received is unmatched. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

Mary was really responsive and took the time to answer all my questions, even with the time schedule difference (I am from Europe)
Before finding this site, I had tried several others, but the responses I received there felt generic and impersonal, clearly AI-generated and offering nothing beyond what was already written on their websites, even when I reached a personal agent.
I actually discovered this site by chance while searching for a specific brand (MMX. I don't know if I can name it here..) as there is not that much reseller from this brand. Mary gave excellent advise, was always available, and followed up throughout the whole process, Even after the purchase, he continued to give me advice and was extremely helpful.
The level of attention and care was remarkable. I received many video. Pdf files. Descriptions.. I genuinely felt like a VIP in a luxury hotel. Every detail was handled with care.
I only wish every online shopping experience could be this personal.I may not be able to buy Mary’s products as often as I buy books, but one thing is certain: my next doll purchase will definitely be from him, without hesitation.

She is very knowledgeable about silicone dolls, and what options are offered from the different brands of dolls they carry.
Their website is easy to navigate, and descriptive.
Mary and I chose all of the details and I placed the order.
I received the doll aproximatly 3 weeks after ordering.
