Mary, the person who helped me, is very professional and has great communication. She frequently updates you on the progress of your order so you are never left in the dark. My particular order had an issue with a minor tear on my doll that I was unsure of, but Mary wasted no time in getting the factory to cooperate in a thorough inspection to ensure my peace of mind. That issue was resolved a day later and was fully repaired.
