Ordered a MMX 164b on 12th of July and after 24 days the production was done. Kept in touch with Mary from HiLoveDoll on Discord, found about them on the MMX discord channel and everything went really smooth! From ordering to receiving the doll I received constant support news about my order. I was updated at least once a week about the production process. Every question I had was answered with great interest and I really appreciated their effort in keeping a transparent communication all the way. After receiving the doll, one of the extra eyes had a small production problem and after writing about it, in 2 days the factory already created a new pair of eyes for me as replacements. Totally recommend this vendor if you want a new high-end doll at your door. The support received is unmatched. Will definitely order from them again in the future.
