Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. They state at point of order that delivery is within 10 days, it's 1 to 2 days processing and 5 to 7 days to deliver, despite it being 12 working days since I placed my order I have yet to receive it. I need these shoes for tomorrow - or 12 working days after I placed my order. Very frustrating. They left China 4 working days ago and have just arrived in Belgium today, it actually took 7 days to process before they were even shipped . The air miles and inconvenience of not receiving my shoes is enough for me to never bother again. I'm on my feet for up to 17hours a day and thought these would help keep my feet healthy, instead I have just ended up with a headache. Even if they don't fit it looks like a nightmare to return them, (from the comments here), despite the promise of 'free returns' on their website. Very frustrating and I feel incredibly misled.
