ISSUE RESOLVED - No ability to return
EDIT: Received email from Grae Cove; seems like they are transitioning to a new returns portal. They volunteered to take care of my returns issue and resolved it promptly, which was much appreciated. -- No return info online. You have to "email a request for return" & that request is never answered. Scam.
