Terrible quality and they make returns/refunds impossible!
SCAMMERS!! They will make it extremely difficult to return anything or get a refund. Quality of items is terrible. One outfit i ordered half of it was missing and what arrived was severely damaged. They say on their website they offer returns for 2 weeks after, what they dont say is nobody will respond to emails for a week, they wont provide any return details, they will insist on you sending pictures of what you dont like and then try and negotiate options with you, and keep ignoring refund/return requests. Quality is terrible for cosplays, ive been better off using amazon, or the other cosplay sites. AVOID! UPDATE- they are refusing to refund me a completely destroyed hat they sent me, until i remove this review, and another outfit i ordered, was notified as delivered at the same time as the damaged product, and still hasnt arrived
