Too bad there isn’t a negative rating to choose from. I was charged $200 for shipping and was never notified. Initially I was billed $135.35, when reviewing my bank account I saw that $333.85 was withdrawn. When I inquired I was told that I had been charged $200 for shipping and that it was mentioned in the “disclosure” that there may be added charges if the part did not fall within normal parameters…whatever that means. I think that is ridiculous, if a charge is going to be almost twice the cost of a part, they as a business should have the common courtesy to alert the customer and give them the choice to either send or cancel the order. I could have bought a brand new Samsung 60” TV for that cost and would have if I had known what I would be charged for shipping. I was a business owner for 40 years and would never have risen to that level of dishonesty. Their business practices are shameful. Now we will wait to see if the part even shows up.
