Avoid CelcomDigi !!!
CelcomDigi is known for its terrible customer service. The person in charge at the outlet did nothing but repeatedly say, "WE WILL UPDATE YOU, WE WILL UPDATE YOU" I submitted my issue (fibre problem) through phone call (1111), online customer service (obviously no one responded), and even went to the store to file my complaint. Guess what? I went three times, and they finally said they would send a technician to my house, but it would be one week from now (maybe they only have one technician team going around the whole state ahh). I have been living without WiFi for 5 days, and they can only send a technician one week later? This means I have to live without WiFi for another week! Poor customer service. I believe Unifi can do way better than this. I'm not sure how CelcomDigi can survive this long with such poor service. If I could rate 0 stars, I would! Perhaps this feedback system should provide a 0-star rating exclusively for CelcomDigi, because I don't think it deserves any stars.
