The company will not remove my e-mail address from their mailing lists. I have attempted 10 times in the last year to remove my e-mail address using the unsubscribe link in e-mails I seem to receive several times a week and they simply do not work. I will never shop there again. Follow-up: I received a response that they have removed my e-mail address but that I could receive e-mails up to 7-10 days afterwards. How are you unable to edit you lists immediately, even with a third party e-mail service? Is it too much trouble to propagate the changes? And why are you disseminating e-mail addresses outside of your company? This type of response is why you will get no further business from me.
