The refund was very slow and it took a month to refund back to my credit card even though the operator had cancelled my booking. However pelagic took a month more to refund back, unlike Get Your Guide refund within 3 days and can be last day cancelled due to weather especially if you go to NZ on June. Even klook is slightly better. Lastly they to use AI agent to do customer services support, which is a cheapo stupid AI agent as none of the questions the AI can answer and keep repeating wrong answers.
