The facility at Ingliby house, Hollingbury, Brighton is looking quite run down, and there always seems to be something that isn't working. The lifts were out of service for months, which made moving items in and out unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, the staff were often rude and unhelpful when issues were raised. The staff - instead of being helpful or professional, I found them rude, dismissive, and uninterested in resolving problems. Good customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately that's completely lacking here. Overall, the place doesn't seem to be maintained to the standard I'd expect from a storage company.
