Not good
I made an appointment for one time and got a text back saying the appointment was changed to an hour earlier because that was the only time available. That time didn't work for me. I texted the number given and they sent me back a canned message saying I could log on any time up to 25 minutes after the appointment. I clicked the link to log in and the doctor wasn't ready until 2 minutes before the original appointment. I clicked the link when they told me he was available and got a blank screen. I called Support and was told the doctor would call me. He never did. Now I am trying to get a refund. Don't waste your time or money. Then today, I received an email scheduling me for an 11 AM appointment. No one called before to ask if that worked for me, they just scheduled me. The NP, Kendall, was very nice but gave me a questionnaire and told me I was not a candidate. That questionnaire could have been emailed to me and I could have saved $200. This was an absolute scam and I am not pleased. My review will stand. Finally, Ethan Smith from Medvidi emailed me and said the provider reviewed my history, medications, etc and made a recommendation. I am a medical coder, and the short amount of time and quick review the NP did does not warrant a $200 bill. His final response was to tell me to call a number to dispute - which I did and they hung up on me. Do not waste your time or money with these people! Scammers and con artists.
