Our company purshased the Offnova…
Our company purshased the Offnova laminator. Loved this product, heated up quickly. Unfortunately it broke down. (Used a lot/every day at our business) Contacted the company, Jamie helped us out, tried to trouble shoot with us, but it could not be repaired. They quickly processed a full refund for us! Thank you for your great service.
