Lacemade Disappoints
Order no: RMA #9X2V0ACK Terrible experience. Dress returned “tracked & signed-for” as sizing wrong. Really poor communication & still no sign of a replacement dress despite numerous emails / messages. This has been going on since July with no end in sight. Based on this experience I’ll never use this company again and strongly advise others do the same. There are better companies out there.
