There are better paid and cheaper software if you really just need it to recover a few files and there isn't any physical damage with the device you want to recover files from. Support is good, they try to help but in my case they couldn't do much and that prompted me to use another software that worked. The interface is nice and all but the software doesn't work in so many situations that it really disappointed me because it was the algorithm that was recommended and it looked good enough. I can only talk about the recovery option with disk drill.
