Referring to Case ID: [IEML-498869] Inappropriate and unprofessional handled by Vodien, administrator rights was comprised and Vodien allows domain user to renew without Reseller consent and confirmation. On top of that, even our reseller credit card payment details was changed and my clients are paying the same price as us “Reseller” rates. Cannot trust the teams anymore, they had been avoiding us on this statement and they had been broad sweeping our statements, further part no replies thereafter. For anyone looking for hosting services or to co-partner with Vodien, it is better to think twice before it happens to anyone of you. Absolutely terrible, Incompetent and unacceptable.
