Great support
Great product, and great support. Ordered a DF64 Gen 2 last november. Was having issues with the ioniser, and team where very quick to relay de-bugging with the engineers. Turns out I was not cleaning it properly. Later needed a replacement part, which fell under warranty and was promptly shipped.
