Excellent design quality and customer service.
The selection of what appeared to be quality furniture was excellent. However, when buying online, I worry about what ultimately arrives. The delivery company did well in scheduling our delivery and the boxes arrived in decent shape. I found the quality of the recliner was excellent and the design was exactly what I was looking for. However, one of the wood bases was slightly damaged inside the inner packaging. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement without question. That's the was to provide customer service. I have no doubt they would even allow me to return the recliner if I wasn't satisfied.
