Delivery was late and the phone was not usable
I purchased a Zenfone 10 from ETOREN. It wasn't shipped out even after waiting for 5 days without any notification from them. They only replied after I sent an email asking about the delay. In the end, the product was shipped after a week. When the product finally arrived, I tried using it with my carrier (DoCoMo) in Japan, which in the end failed. I spent hours at the DoCoMo shop and also enquiring with ASUS in Japan about the problem, and it turns out the product was for the Taiwan market and doesn't support DoCoMo in Japan. I asked for a refund but was denied. They referred to their Terms Of Service, stating that the problem was not a faulty product and referred to their Terms Of Service and washed their hands. So I am left with a USD800 phone which I can't use. If you're considering purchasing electronics from places like ETRON online and shipping internationally, I strongly suggest that you think twice and find a similar deal within your own country which might in fact have free returns if things don't work, faster shipping and most likely with a similar price.
