Order not delivered for 2 months
I ordered mirror worth £80 on 15.11.23. I didn't recieve my order as looks like it have been lost by Royal Mail. I send several emails to Amiro asking if they can refund my money as I didn't get my order. Since November I am still waiting for refund. It have been 2 months and the only reply I am getting is to wait. £80 it is a lot of money for not delivered item. Anyone know what to do in this situation? They telling me I need to contact Royal Mail but Royal Mial claiming that sender should claim refund from them. Please help 🙏
