I purchased 4 hats from this company
I purchased 4 hats from this company. After a few weeks, I finally received one skinny rectangular box (from China) containing the four hats. Once I opened the perfect box to take the hats out, the four hats all got damaged. Each hat’s edge was curved differently and it looks very stupid. I wonder why this company can’t deliver the hat in the right size box, but instead they used a smaller box and tried to push the hat(s) in? And to apology for their purpose mistake, they put in the box for me two junk presents (as if I needed these badly!!!), a pair of sun glasses and a fake LV wallet; why can’t they do the right thing by their consumer(s) and other manufacturers? I will never buy anything from this company, and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Don’t believe you get “genuine hats from Ecuador” with this company!
