Do not buy from this website
I ordered an engraved anniversary gift and what arrived can only be described as a shambles. It looked nothing like what was advertised on the website (different font and different wood). Once I opened the packaging I discovered that the product was still dirty, the writing was misaligned with the wood and the bordering, and the spacing between the lines of the writing was unequal. I reached out to the customer service team for a refund but was offered a remake (at cost to me for shipping), so I refused that. They then offered me a remake with cost of shipping included. I said I wanted a refund but they said they could only refund 20% and I would have to pay shipping to send the item back to them. So in the end I accepted the remake but explicitly stated I wanted a better quality item this time. However, the remake arrived and was no better than the initial one I had received. So I haven't bothered reaching out to the customer service team again as nothing good will come of it. Overall I can't recommend this site because it's just not a good product and it's essentially false advertising because what you buy does not look like what's on the website.
