Favorable Experience
So far I feel that they are a good company to order from. I was skeptical at first. They have been very helpful it just takes time since I believe they are based out of the country. I emailed and got a favorable response. I was missing only one gem to complete my latest picture and they sent me a whole sleeve of extra drills so I feel this is very positive. The only other issue I have had are some of the drills are irregular in size and have to be separated out but I think that can happen no matter where you order. Usually you have enough to compensate for the ones you have to get rid of.
