No returns or refund
I purchased a few items for my sons birthday. The hat was perfect. one top fitted my son fantastically, which was well made. Another top was too small and the other top had a broken zip. I have emailed constantly, the reply responses are obviously the same standard general emails which offer the refund, unfortunately, i still havr not received refund. This has been continuous since end of October and we are now on 8th December. Disappointed.
