Excellent service by agent. Fed Ex lost package and tried to tell me that macDougall was responsible. You guys jumped on board and I had my dress within 2 days. Still don’t know where FedEx left original dress. Someone somewhere has an expensive dress. It is for my daughters wedding , FedEx could not care less.
