Walter, from the Grand Rapids office of Leaf Home Water Solutions, just went out of his way to help me troubleshoot an issue I needed help with. I received a personal call, he walked me through exactly what I needed to know in a way I could understand and gave me a number to call first thing in the morning if I still had questions.
