Non mi stancherò mai di fare una recensione negativa per loro.
Le persone sul volo con me sono tutte riuscite ad ottenere il loro denaro e io sono 18 mesi che aspetto, contattandoli ogni settimana e ricevendo come risposta: “deve pazientare”. Le recensioni negative sono tutte reali. Ci sono compagnie serie e loro non lo sono. Scrivo loro almeno una volta al mese (talvolta anche di più) per un riscontro e la risposta è che loro non possono accelerare il processo.
I will never be tired writing a bad review for them! The people on my flight have all managed to get their money, while I’ve been waiting for 18 months, contacting you every week, only to be told, “You need to be patient.” The negative reviews are all real. There are serious companies, and this is not one of them. I write to you at least once a month (sometimes even more) for an update, and your response is always that you can’t speed up the process.

Worst experience ever!
I’ve been waiting sixteen months for the compensation for a flight delayed by eight hours. Some people who traveled with me and went through other agencies got their money back a long time ago. I made a mistake trusting the reviews, many of which I’m starting to think are fake.
The airline agreed to pay over 80 days ago (more than two months), but I still haven’t seen a single cent!
Stay away and don’t trust them!

Endless agony!
After waiting more than a year (14 months) for a refund to be granted for an 8-hour delayed flight, having to contact this company every month to urge them to do something, the news about when the money will arrive is vague. Although in fact the airline has agreed to pay there is talk of still long waiting periods and just as many days that you will have to wait to see the money that you simply are entitled to. Although they ask you for the iban from then on the procedure is still very vague and I think they do it just to distract you. In short, rather than having to keep up with them, do it yourself! I have been waiting for ten months for a response from this pseudo agency. The response I get is always that they are trying to contact the airline, but this of course I could do it on my own. No development over all this time and someone automatically responding to their chat. Avoid them if you can!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I flew on September 30, 2023 from Rome Fiumincino to NY (JFK) with over seven hours of delay and I entrusted myself to this pseudo agency convinced of simplifying the refund operation.
In 8 months nothing has been resolved and the answer that is always given is: «our lawyers are working».
I advise you to avoid this service and use other similar ones. Unfortunately they are not very serious, they do not respond except through pre-set answers and you will only waste time and the possibility of getting your money.
