Where is my order??
I ordered 2 cross stitch patterns on 9/11/23 and I have been checking to see if the patterns have been mailed yet. They are still showing "awaiting shipping". I emailed customer service and have not heard anything from them. If this is the customer service I am getting then I do not plan to order anything else from them again
