100% human hair?
I had a very difficult time returning the wig. Their policy does state that the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges. I agreed to a 5 star review to coordinate a free return. I did not wear the wig, I did not like the look on me—it looked wiggy. If you order something be prepared to keep it or pay for the return (you must send pictures and they can approve or not a return/refund). It took a few weeks to get a full refund. The company sent a shipping label.
