Irresponsible seller selling item not following customer requirement...
Since beginning I want to order a set of fender flares for 2 doors toyota landcruiser mark II model 1985 from Mr. Dragon Su of Guangdong Ulon Cross-Border Supply Chain Co Ltd and I ask him whether his product can be fit or not initially I send him the his photos and details from his post in the message center. After order from him, he delivered me the fender flares for 4 doors Toyota Landcruiser Mark II model 1985 one. I ask him why he send me the wrong item. He told me he thought I want 4 doors one but I have point out to him our conversation from beginning to end I only ask for 2 doors one and I never tell him I want the fender flares for 4 doors one. He blame me on the photo I send him the photo of his which posted on alibaba.com which he alleged is for 4 doors toyota landcruiser mark II? As I said earlier I contact him by looking at a photo and details he posted and I ask him whether the fender flares can fit for 2 doors one or not and he told me is suitable. In the end he just said he very busy and have many order and he thought I want a 4 doors one and he so ridiculous accuse me on a photo which he posted himself which I ask him in the beginning can the fender flares he posted for sales fit for the 2 doors one toyota landcruiser mark II model 1985 !!! I am so disappointed to this unreasonable seller and I feel not safe if I ever encounter another seller like this who just want to sell or clear their stock not following to what customer wants to buy !!!
