Would rate zero stars
Would rate zero stars. Alarm went offline or started going off for no reason. Faulty sensors (admitted to by the 3rd install tech). Absolutely terrible install. Put the sensors on upside down (so they would fall off at night). When I finally got them to honor their 6 month guarantee, including return of what I paid for the equipment, instead they charged my account over 3 grand, causing my bank to overdraft. They 'promised' I'll get it back, but they have been charging my account wrong multiple times, so we'll see what happens there. Right now I've paid in full the equipment (against my will; wasn't told this was how they did it), but they took the equipment and my money. I'm assuming I'll have to take them to small claims. Avoid ADT at all cost. You'd be more secure with nothing.
