My first use with this online remittance here in HK is a very very bad night mare, I was attracted by thier promising ads and testimonials services and zero charge for the first timer and high rate for 7.25Php in 1 HKD. Untill now my remittance still processing for about 7hrs ago now and it was already been deducted into my hsbc account via fps. Their costumer service for chat support help was a terrible, they are not replying, you need to send and send again your concern and you will have to wait in the waiting list and then they just reply for Please be wait patiently payment submitted to our bank partner. This is a clearly scam you never know if you will get refund If you will call their hotline its just only ringing they will mot answer Please guys do not used this apps don't believe in their promises
