Ordered a 1st anniversary 1 photo and had a random picture of a couple from a wedding which was neither my partner or I. Took 8 weeks to get a reply for the wrong order and then wanted me to pay more money for shipping to rectify the wrong product. After another couple of emails they have remade another one without the shipping fees. Disappointed at first however they have rectified the situation.
