WARNING
WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT SHOP AT NFLSHOP.COM (ALDO KNOWN AS FANATICS) I did and my nightmare lasted 3 months and cost me A LOT of money!! - if I could give this a -10 (or more) I would! I first ordered a Men's M sweatshirt and what they sent was more like a Women's XS, then they charge you to return items (which they don't tell you) and to make your experience even better they will not return your money back to your original payment card, UNLESS YOU PAY A $10 PENALTY FEE. WHAT???? Then, if that wasn't bad enough, they sent me a wrong t-shirt which did not have an order #, BECAUSE NO ONE ORDERED IT🤦🏼♀️, then when I try to be honest and return it, I am treated like I am the problem, BECAUSE THERE'SNO ORDER # ! BROTHER!!!! The customer service is a joke, as they will lie to you and they have no clue how to resolve issues! Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to order sports gear from. IF THIS IS AN OFFICIAL NFL SHOP THAN THE NFL NEEDS TO RETHINK THIS ONE, ITS PUTTING A VERY BLACK MARK ON YOUR NAME!!
