READ BEFORE YOU RENT!!! READ BEFORE YOU RENT!!! Life Storage / Extra Space Storage 7835 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77040 My rent went up just after a buyout of Life Storage in Jersey Village TX. 154.00 to 234.00 a 51.94% increase. I have only been with them 4-5 months and have been complaining about the climate system not working for 3 months now on 2nd floor!!! I have shown them pictures of the thermostat in my space several times and now the rate change. Its hard moving everything and now I feel stuck with them. Please BEWARE before you rent a space here.
