The ease of use and deployment has been very helpful for our team as we're just getting started.Although customer service is fast and resolves problems, they sometime sound very robotic, and they repeat the same information over and over again. Plus, they don't have call conferencing feature plus many fuctions are limited in essential plan which is very much a burden for startups like ours
