I loved comfort medical until
I loved comfort medical, they were prompt with getting my supplies to me. However, my last call for a reorder was not received, and when i called to ask about it they didn't know why at first, and then told me they are no longer in network with my insurance. I then had 1 week worth of supplies left. I wish they would have let me know sooner, now I'm 2mo's into this process of trying to find a new vendor to ship my supplies. I don't think they understand that having catheters is a life or death matter, if you reuse them you can get a uti that could be deadly. please care about your patients a little more, this shouldn't be "just a job" to you.
