The quality has severely gone down for this company to the point where I'm searching for a different company to switch orders to. Hard to reach someone to talk to, they will just take your number down, and it takes DAYS for a callback just to order. They are so disorganized they can't even find my account. No one is able to answer any questions. Just save your time and go find a different company.
