my SIM card not working properly for 2 weeks . said technical problem . never call back until chase them . I want to cancel . they said wait technical team will look at it. I am working overseas and I need to proper working line for OTP and SMS messages . customer service is bad m takes a long time to answer . I l cancel my double SIM and I do not know why it is still.on . I recommend not to use M1 .
