S-Tier Coffee Grinder, From An Excellent Company
I got the grinder within about 10 days of ordering. No complications, no muss, no fuss - just as the website advertised. There's a no refund policy, but with the perfect coffee grinder, who the hell needs a refund? Besides, their customer service was fast to respond and super friendly, despite being located in a completely different time zone. I would not dream of returning this machine. The white grinder I ordered looks freaking awesome too! My lattes have never been tastier - it's exactly what I needed to start pulling espresso shots like a pro. No more sprays or under-extracted shots - just top-notch espresso, every time. The plasma generator and de-clumper work perfectly together, to deliver a consistent grind, every time. It's really satisfying to use, runs quietly, and there's no way to really mess it up. Just don't set it below the 0-grind mark, or you'll grind your burrs and ruin this wonderfully engineered, budget-friendly marvel of coffee technology.
