Avoid Hobibear at all Costs!
I ordered a pair of shoes, and measured my feet in alignment with their sizing guidelines. I measured my feet three times to be absolutely sure, but the shoes are smaller than their sizing guidelines. I tried to exchange the shoes for a larger size, but the company tried to offer me a 15% refund, and 20% discount on my new larger shoes. I said no thank you, so they then offered me a 30% refund. I said no thank you. They then would not send me a return address to post the shoes to unless i sent them a series of photos of the shoes and the packaging. None of these conditions of return were in their T&Cs at the time of purchase. This is illegal under European consumer law. I still dont have a return address. My order number is HBUS340999.
