Item never arrived. Poor customer service.
I Ordered a costume over a month ago, still have not recieved item. I got in contact with customer service (I still wanted the costume) who claimed it was with a neighbour.(obviously I checked here straight away, and a few times after!) They sent a photo of a random person with no package as proof!! I explained a multitude of times that it had not arrived. That it was not with a neighbour and customer service got quite rude! I did manage to EVENTUALLY get my money back but it was not easy! Quite disappointed at the whole experience. They wanted me to change my initial review which saw this as a scam before giving me a refund
