Excellent Customer Service
Pro's: The production window is fairly quick (shipping too). The customer service was efficient and very helpful. I appreciated how they attended to and resolved my particular issue quickly. Con: I wish more of their large sized frames would accommodate smaller pupillary distances and that you could just enter your own PD rather than having to choose one from a dropdown.
