Great service, great grinder
Placed an order for a DF83 on Friday evening 19 April, from the order confirmation I realised I had a typo in the delivery address so emailed them instantly. They were very responsive and picked this up next day (I’m in the UK so 7 hours behind Singapore) and correction of address was confirmed. The grinder was with FedEx on Tuesday 23 April and delivered on Friday 26 April. Excellent customer service, prompt delivery, well packaged item, I can only recommend this seller. The grinder itself is built like a tank, retention is extremely low, the most I’ve measured in these few days I’ve had the grinder is 0.2g. Adjusting the grind grade is a breeze using the huge stepless adjustment dial, great if you are experimenting with different coffees. It is also very fast thanks to the big burrs.
