I bought one of Vaporesso Armor Max 200 watt modes from a vendor. The device has failed and I keep trying to get in contact with your company. I have submitted a claim. I also spoke to the vendor who sold me the device. The display screen blacked out and the tank keeps popping open on random by its self. They contacted me and stepped up to replace the device. I have in the past had the same problem with SMOK. I would be honored to say whole hearted that. They appreciate your business and loyal to there products. I was over the moon to be involved with a stand up business. If you want a good products. Please get it from Vaporesso. They are the only company that cares. I give them AAA status. Please show them your loyalty in the future.

I have bought several vapes from this company. I got the newer vape mods from this company. I was loyal to their growth and would do it again. They dont care about the consumer. Will never buy anything every from the brand. The vape stopped working after 90 days. It turned off and never turned back on again.They wouldn't even doing anything to make it right. Kept me jumping through hurdles trying to get the matter settle. Its a paper weight on my shelf of disappointment. I hope this reaches a CEO or Company President on how I hate spending money on product that not worthy buying. You lost a 9yr customer over this.

I bought a vaporesso armor max
I bought a vaporesso armor max. Less then 5 months after getting the product from vendor. It started having issues. The tank started opening by its self and now the mod has gone to a black screen. The screen started blinking a charger port issue. I never used the charging port to charge device. I have contacted the vendor and the vaporesso customer service. I have been blown off in every way. I know I will new buy another device from the company if this matter is not cleared up.
