Refund from hell.......
Would give zero stars if I could. Has taken me more than a month to get a simple refund. Email excuses are lame: "We know you have been waiting for a long time, but it may be due to the recent peak season and the busy warehouse, resulting in longer processing times for return orders" Best Wishes June from Fire Maple "We can not assure the estimated date. We will contact the warehouse to expedite the process, the refund will be issued immediately once they find the package. Please rest assured as we certainly honor our return policy." Never again. Not worth the hassle
