Bad Experience
Everything started off great. Doctor prescribed me Adderall then without informing me changed the prescription to Strattera. Apparently she was worried about an interaction between Zoloft and Adderall which is totally bogus. The doctor should have brought this up in the consultation and she should have contacted me to inform me of the medication change. Needless to say I’ve made multiple phone calls. They won’t let you talk to the provider. So it feels like a waste of time explaining my situation. I’m not sure if they properly relay the messages to the doctor. I had high hopes for this place. Now I feel exhausted and just want my money back. Update: they provided a complimentary consult with a new doctor. They failed to give this physician any backstory. The doctor couldn’t prescribe meds because he didn’t want to step on the other providers toes. I received no therapeutic value to either consultation. All I got was a massive headache. The doctors are not professional. No bedside manner. Use with caution!
