The person that answered the phone was…Rude
The person that answered the phone was very unkind. Almost laugh at me. I called about finding a place for my mom in Florida. I was told that we didn't have enough money. So it seems to me that unless they can get you into a high end home they won't deal with you. I did see on their webpage that they are paid by the facility. So if you can't afford a very expensive place they are not interested. No help, no information on this where we might look. etc. Beware if you are on a budget
