Lost package
My package was unfortunately lost by UPS while shipping my overnight glasses order. These glasses were for my father, who lives out of the country, so it was especially important that they arrived on time. The Overnight Glasses staff were absolutely amazing. Michael and Mario went above and beyond by personally contacting UPS and helping facilitate the search for my package. Although the glasses arrived much later than expected, I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service and support I received. Thanks to their efforts, I was ultimately able to get the glasses and send them to my father. I truly appreciate Michael and Mario for going the extra mile and making a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Excellent customer service!
