Permanent ban after profit
I used Hellcase for years, mostly collecting free daily rewards and withdrawing skins. I only spent a small amount of money on the site, but overall, I was in profit from daily rewards. The whole situation honestly felt like a scam to me, as if my account was only banned after I had made a profit. Support first refused to explain the exact reason and only repeated generic messages about violating the Terms of Service. Later, they claimed I had multiple accounts, even though I never had multiple Hellcase accounts or even multiple Steam accounts. They never provided any proof or meaningful clarification. The support felt scripted, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was given no fair appeal process, no clear evidence, and no way to recover my account. Overall, this feels like a false ban, possibly targeting users who profit instead of losing money.
